Special Campaigns
We regularly run Special Campaigns for dogs in urgent need of medical treatment. These animals often come to us in heartbreaking conditions, injured, sick, malnourished, and sometimes barely hanging on. In many cases, our volunteers must act immediately, making quick decisions and mobilizing resources on the ground to ensure these dogs receive the life-saving care they need to survive.
These campaigns are vital. They provide the funding and support required for emergency surgeries, intensive treatments, and the ongoing care necessary for a full recovery.

Faces of Heartworm
Heartworm is a deadly parasite transmitted by mosquitoes, common in St. Lucia. Without treatment, it can kill a dog slowly and painfully. Treatment takes 2–3 months and is costly. Sadly, we receive new cases often.

Food for Dogs Program
The shelters are over capacity, and feeding the dogs is becoming increasingly difficult. Strays on our feeding routes are multiplying, and donations are at an all-time low.

50/50 Draws
Our online 50/50 draws take place most long weekends. Ticket's are $10 XCD, and half the proceeds go straight to helping stray dogs in St. Lucia—the other half goes to one lucky winner!
💸 Past winnings have exceeded $400 XCD, with one participant taking home $1,099 XCD! Winnings are sent to the winner's home currency.
Spay and Neuter Sponsorship
We are sure you are all aware that targeting the stray problem is very important. One prevented pregnancies is actually preventing hundreds of other pregnancies. Spaying and neutering is really the only way to stop the stray population from growing.

The expenses you really don't see
Volunteer work takes time and of course money. Aside from food, every one of these dogs and cats we help are always in dire need of routine medication such as tick/flee and deworming and often vaccines. Of course, we always have periodic expenses such as fuel, vehicle maintenance and insurance just to get to the vets and airport.
