A Desperate Plea

 With tough times due to COVID-19 and economic restraints around the world, we have truly found ourselves in desperation. We currently are at a record high number of dogs to feed in our shelter, and on the streets and beaches of St Lucia. The SLAPS shelter is over capacity with over 80 dogs, nearly half adults. Donations directly to SLAPS are at an all time low and it's becoming very difficult to simply provide food. The strays on our feeding routes keep increasing with more abandoned dogs appearing on our beaches and streets. With a monthly contribution of $50 XCD ($25 CAD/USD), you can choose the dog you would like to support, and we will provide you with monthly updates through social media. Dogs we are needing sponsorship for are featured on Facebook .
